Our regenerative market garden is focused on creating resilient systems that enrich the soil and produce nutrient-dense, spray-free vegetables and fruit. We supply fresh produce to local restaurants and community members through our veggie boxes. At Gardners Bay Farm we focus on regenerative practices, soil health strategies, and sustainable crop rotations.
We now offer seasonal farm feasts that showcase produce harvested at peak ripeness. These communal feasts celebrate the harvest, highlight seasonal flavours, and provide an opportunity to learn about the plants and practices that support our regenerative approach.
Our farm also hosts workshops on topics like Korean Natural Farming and composting. We’re committed to fostering healthy ecosystems and promoting regenerative agriculture in Tasmania’s Huon Valley.
